- A new adult small group has been started. Please pray for this and if you are interested to join, please contact Pastor Gladys or Justin Chen.

- EM101 will start on March 29 at 3:30pm.
- There will be a GZone sleepover on March 29-30. Please pray for this event that God’s blessing would be upon it and that there will be a good bonding among the GZoners and the coaches.

- have been registered as full-time students in the previous academic year and intend to return to school on a fulltime basis in the next academic year;

- be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations; and,
- be able to provide a certified criminal record check.
- Planning, promoting and leading 8 weeks of full-day summer programs for children from preschool to grade 3, possibly with ethnic Chinese background.
- Training and supervising program assistants.
- Recruiting, training and supervising volunteers for the program.
- Basic computer system, office applications and internet operation
- Keyboard skills: English & Chinese
- Language: fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese; preferably also in Mandarin
- Skills and experiences working with young children
- Good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team; experience in managing a team is a plus.

Summary of March 2014 Deacon Board Meeting
- Pastor Anders, Deacon Peter Cheung and Felix Loo will represent the church to attend the CBWC assembly through webinar on April 10.
- The church will arrange an outing event on May 3 and a luncheon on May 4 in celebrating her 22nd Anniversary.
- Deacon Felix Loo will represent the church to attend the Ordination Examination Council with Pastor Alan Yu on May 28 in Edmonton.
- The church will set up a mini-food bank for the needy.
- Ricky Yu has replaced Nick Yeung, who has resigned due to personal reasons, as summer camp committee member.

- Pastor Gladys – March 10 -11 (PD), May 7-8.

- AWANA Matching Program needs your support! Every month at AWANA Store, we encourage the clubbers to donate the AWANA Shares they were awarded to a designated charity, in order to nurture in them a caring heart for the world and the people around us. For every Share they donate, we would like to invite donors to match with a $10 donation. For the first half of the term, through this program the clubbers at AWANA have raised a total of $1,580 towards charities like Operation Christmas Child, Food Bank, and International AWANA etc. We need your continual support this year! If you would like to be a matching donor, please contact Pastor Alan.

- Ash Wednesday Meditation Service will be held on March 5. The meditation service will take about 1 hour, and you can join any time between 6-9pm. Last admission will be at 8:30pm.
- Daylight Saving Time will begin at 2:00am on March 9 (Sunday). Please turn your clock one hour ahead before you go to bed on March 8 (Saturday).
