Announcements - January 8, 2017

• Deacon board meeting will be held at 2:00pm today at Room A. 
• Annual General Meeting will be held on January 22, 2017 at 1:00pm. Members are encouraged to attend. The agenda is as follow and 2016 annual report has been uploaded to the church blog: 

1. Pastoral’s report 
2. Deacon’s report 
3. Present and accept 2016 financial report. 
4. Present and approve 2017 budget. 
5. Approve 2017 nomination committee.

6. Any Other Business. 

•  An Adult CE seminar will be held on January 22, 2017 between 2:00pm – 7:30pm. The topic is - Hearing God: Developing a Conversational Relationship with God. Please sign up on the church facebook. 
• Church prayer meetings are held every Sunday at 10:30am at the office. All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 
• Worship duties list is posted on the church website. Please contact Deacon Peter, Deacon Justin or the church secretary if you are not available for the duties. Please do not make changes on your own. 
• If you want to use the church facility, please call the church office to make the reservation. This also includes those who want to leave their cars in the church parking lot during weekdays. 
• Please move your car to the upper parking lot after the worship service because we will lock up the downstairs garage door 30 minutes after our gatherings.
