- 2018-2020 Deaconship Election
- Existing deacons are Samson Chan, Justin Chen, Peter Cheung, Godfrey Leung, Lily Liu, Tsz-Lam Mak and Jenny Tse. Samson Chan and Godfrey Leung (1st term) deaconship will be ended on December 31, 2017. Peter Cheung (2nd term) deaconship will be ended on August 31, 2017 as he will become a Pastoral intern of Westside effective September 1, 2017. Therefore, three of the deaconship candidates will be elected to replace the positions in 2018.

- Congregation Rep: Dick Chan, Maria Wan, Jackson Yu
- Criteria and procedure for deacon election has been posted on the bulletin board. After reading carefully, please obtain the application forms from the church secretary, if necessary. All nominees are required to be approved and recommended by the nomination committee.

- August 27 Nomination commences
- October 29 Nomination closes
- November 12 Publication of final deaconship candidate list
- November 26 Deaconship election
