We are located in a light industrial commercial area of SW Marine. It is located right at the corner of Ash and W 70th Ave, as the right hand neighbor of Sing Tao News head office.

If you drive
- Coming from Vancouver, west of Cambie Street - Drive east along SW Marine Drive. When you past A&B Sounds, turn right into 70th Ave, and we will be on your left. If you hit Cambie Street, you have gone too far. We are one street west of Cambie.
- Coming from Vancouver, east of Cambie Street - Drive west along SW Marine Drive. Turn left on Cambie, go south on Cambie to Kent. Turn right (west) on Kent, right again on to Ash, go straight, we will be on your right. If you go beyond Denny's, you have gone too far.
- Coming from Richmond - Drive north along Oak Street Bridge. Take the "SW Marine Drive East" exit. Drive east along SW Marine Drive. When you see Denny's Family Restaurant, turn right into Ash Street and we will be on your left. If you hit Cambie Street, you have gone too far. We are one street west of Cambie.
If you take the bus
- Coming from Vancouver, north of Marine Drive - Take Number 15 Cambie and get off at the Marine Drive Station Bay 1. Walk west and cross Cambie Street. Walk south (i.e. left) when you get to Ash Street. We are on your left once you turn into Ash Sreet. The total walking time is about 5 minutes once you get off the bus.
- Coming from Vancouver, east of Cambie Street - Take the westbound Number 100 Airport Station bus and get off at Marine Drive Station Bay 1. Walk west and Cambie Street. Walk south (i.e. left) when you get to Ash Street. We are on your left once you turn into Ash Street. The total walking time is about 3 minutes once you get off the bus.
- Coming from Vancouver, west of Cambie Street - Take the eastbound Number 100 22nd Street bus and get off at Ash Street before the bus hits Cambie Street. Walk south (i.e. right) when you get to Ash Street. We are on your left once you turn into Ash Street. The total walking time is about 1 minute once you get off the bus.
If you take the SkyTrain
- Take the Canada Line skytrain and get off at the Marine Drive station. Walk west and cross Cambie Street. Walk south (i.e. left) when you get to Ash Street. We are on your left once you turn into Ash Sreet. The total walking time is about 5 minutes once you get off the skytrain.
